Alongside our classic sourdough boule, Brandow Bakes offers rotating seasonal loaves that celebrate Oregon's rhythms and harvests. Each specialty bread is naturally leavened with our 2016 sourdough culture and thoughtfully crafted to highlight the season's best.

Winter might bring our hearty Walnut & Local Pear Loaf or deeply spiced Holiday Cranberry, while spring welcomes Nettle & Green Garlic. Summer sees the return of favorites like Roasted Garlic & Fresh Herb boules. As autumn settles in, look for our Toasted Hazelnut & Apple or Roasted Squash & Sage varieties.

These seasonal offerings are announced monthly and available for Friday pickup until sold out. Each loaf carries the same commitment to slow fermentation and small-batch quality that defines our classic sourdough, while exploring the endless possibilities of naturally leavened bread.
