COUNTRY BOULE
A rustic round loaf with a caramelized crust and open, creamy crumb. Its versatile shape makes it perfect for everything from sandwiches to your dinner table. The gentle tang and complex flavor develop over 24 hours of fermentation, creating a bread that's both beautiful and delicious.
BATARD
An oval-shaped loaf that offers beautiful long slices with a crackling crust and tender interior. Shaped by hand into its distinctive form, each batard carries the same depth of flavor as our boule but in a shape that's ideal for toast and sandwiches.
SANDWICH LOAF
Our naturally leavened sandwich bread combines the complexity of sourdough with a soft, tight crumb that's perfect for your daily toast and sandwiches. Pan-baked for a consistent shape and soft crust, this loaf stays fresh for days and slices beautifully.
All loaves are available for Friday pickup. Pre-orders strongly recommended as quantities are limited.
